Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Patrick Rupp · PR Arts, Meisenbergstr. 1, 74182 Obersulm, Germany, email: info@pr-arts.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (Section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code, BGB). This applies in particular to:

• Scheduled workshops
• Studio bookings with a fixed date
• Booked photo shoots with a fixed date

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to gift vouchers and to services without a fixed date.

Early expiry for course videos

For course videos (digital content not supplied on a physical medium), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun performing the contract, provided that you have expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that you know you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Section 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent with a separate tick box when you buy, and we confirm it in the email with your access link.
