The model
Colombian presence in the PR-Arts studio
The Masters of Light — Sensual workshop with Elisandra in April 2025 was a particular highlight. She is a Colombian model with international experience, and she brought what demanding studio nude work needs: expression, posture, elegance and confident movement.
International models work at PR-Arts regularly, and that variety is part of the point: different ways of expressing, professional posing experience, and a level that both inspires and stretches the photographers in the room.
Why light is the real subject
The name of the workshop was the programme. The centre of attention was not only the model but the question of what light does to an image. Soft light, hard shadow, deliberate contour, reflective surfaces and controlled darkness each produced their own mood.
Patrick Rupp showed the participants step by step how studio nude photography is built: from the first lamp through camera position to the final idea. Every setup became a lesson in construction.

Patrick Rupp
I am Patrick Rupp, photographer and owner of the PR-Arts studio in Oberstenfeld near Stuttgart. I have been working professionally in portrait, boudoir and nude photography since 2014.
My position is simple: there is no excuse for bad light. That is why my workshops are built around controlled lighting, setups you can follow, and images that do not happen by accident.
These are not mass events. I want you to understand how emotion, form, light and composition come together — because that is what makes your own pictures stronger.
