The model
Parisian elegance in the PR-Arts studio
In August 2025 Layana Devis travelled in from Paris. Her elegance, her confident posing and her professional calm brought exactly the quality that demanding studio nude work needs.
The workshop was set up as an intensive small group. Everyone got real shooting time, clear direction, and the chance to realise several different ideas with an internationally experienced model.
From sensual portrait to fine-art nude
Creative studio nude work is not about putting a model in front of a background. What decides the picture is how light, shadow, pose, angle and expression work together — and that is what this workshop drilled.
Patrick Rupp explained each build step by step: why one setup reads as soft, when contours strengthen, how depth appears, and how small changes shift a picture immediately.

Patrick Rupp
I am Patrick Rupp, photographer and owner of the PR-Arts studio in Oberstenfeld near Stuttgart. I have been working professionally in portrait, boudoir and nude photography since 2014.
My position is simple: there is no excuse for bad light. That is why my workshops are built around controlled lighting, setups you can follow, and images that do not happen by accident.
These are not mass events. I want you to understand how emotion, form, light and composition come together — because that is what makes your own pictures stronger.
